In addition to the Fractional Integrator role, I also have years of experience and expertise in the role as a fractional and interim CIO/CTO.

My initial foray into technology was as a Technology Consultant helping small/medium sized businesses build the technical infrastructure upon which to run their company.  Following that was several years consulting in the Enterprise (large businesses) where I learned about high-availability and industry best practices.  It was then that I decided to bring those amazing practices back to the small/medium business world - where they were desperately lacking.

Having sat at the table as both a consumer and provider of professional IT Services - I have a unique perspective from which to help companies from 1 to 50 million in revenue manage their internal or external IT teams - again, in a fractional engagement.  I've found that for companies of this size - it simply is not a full-time job to manage the day to day operations along with a few projects.
